    Once you have successfully passed the course exam or completed the course affirmation, you will be directed to complete the Survey within the course.   • Why do I have to complete the survey at the end of a course?

    Completion of the survey is required by all accrediting bodies and ensures that learning outcomes/objectives were met in the course materials. Additionally, we use your survey responses to ensure the course is meeting the expectations of our learners. More

  • Do I have to finish my entire course all at once?

    Your course progress is automatically saved. You can close the course and return to complete it anytime. More

  • How do I access my exam?

    Passing a final exam is required in a few states in order to earn your certificate. Log in to your account and navigate to the ‘My Courses’ section of your dashboard. When a final exam is required, it will be available upon completion of reviewing the course material. More

  • Where can I find courses I have previously completed with Western Schools?

    Courses you’ve completed under your current email address (username) appear under the ‘Certificates’ tab in the ‘My courses’ section of your dashboard. You can print certificates for previously completed courses from this page. If you did not complete your course online, it may not appear there, but our customer service team can place it… More

  • What if I want to leave and come back another time to work on my course?

    You can access your course anytime by logging into your account and navigating to the ‘My Courses’ section of your dashboard. Course materials are available to read as many times as needed. Your progress will be automatically saved. You do not have to complete the course in one sitting. More

  • How long do I have to complete a course?

    Your course must be completed by the specified course expiration date. Course expiration dates are unique to each course depending on the course release date.     Once you have purchased your course(s), you will be directed to the ‘My Courses’ page from your receipt page. There you will see a list of all your courses; click ‘Open Course’ to view and complete course materials, pre-tests, exams, and evaluations. More
