How long will it take to get a refund?

You can expect your refund within 3 to 4 weeks from the time you call us. For credit card orders please allow up to two statements for your credit to appear. All credit card orders will be marked as returned and any exchange you make will be treated as a new order and a new charge will be applied to your credit card.
