Michigan Nursing CE Requirements
  • RNs and LPNs in Michigan are required to complete 25 hours of continuing education every two years.
  • Includes TWO (2) hours of pain & symptom management.
  • Beginning with the 2017 renewal cycle, nurses are required to complete training in identifying victims of human trafficking. This one-time training requirement is in addition to the required 25 hours and must be completed prior to license renewal in 2019.
