About the Presenters
Kathy A. Scott, PhD, MPA, RN, FACHE, is a Partner and Co-founder of L3 Fusion LLC established in 2019 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Kathy Scott & Associates, established in 2010 in Phoenix, Arizona. Her name-sake firm specializes in healthcare - working with executives and teams to transform traditional leadership, and clinical and business models to alternatives that will thrive in a highly competitive environment. Dr. Scott holds a PhD in Healthcare Administration and Organizational Systems, a master’s degree in Public Healthcare Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and her doctoral research served as the science behind the best-selling book she co-authored Stupid Gone Viral – When Science and Reality Collide. 


Bridget Sarikas, is a Partner and Co-Founder of L3 Fusion LLC established in 2019 and Executive Vice President of Right Advisory LLC, a firm established in 2008, based in Washington, DC. She is an author and seasoned operations and process improvement executive who has run support functions for billion-dollar enterprises. Ms. Sarikas provides financial and operational improvement services to organizations struggling with the challenges of a changing business environment – particularly United States (US) healthcare, US higher education, and global multinational organizations.


Leana D. McGuire, BS, RN, is an RN with 30 years in healthcare, including critical care, heart transplantation, and management. She has been teaching for 12 of those years with extensive experience in leadership development and executive coaching. Ms. McGuire also has a background in content development, visual performance, speaking (including on the TEDx stage), and podcast hosting - both personal podcasts and corporate productions for various organizations. A novelist in her spare time, she also dabbles in music and painting.
