Burnout impacts every part of our physical, social, and psychological self and can have dramatic effects. This course, presented by Trish Hart, a national expert in mindfulness and stress management, investigates the stages of burnout, how to prevent burnout, and stress management strategies to implement to continue to be a high performer and more mindful in your daily living.

About the Presenter
Trish Hart, MBA, lectures, training, retreats and events on a wide range of wellness and mental health topics, and inspires individuals to thrive in performance both physically and emotionally. She has worked in integrative mental health for many years supporting patients with a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and grief. She also is a regular lecturer at Harvard University and also lectures for several employee assistance programs
