About the Author:
Adrianne E. Avillion, D. Ed, RN, is an accomplished nursing professional development specialist and healthcare author. She earned a doctoral degree in adult education, a Master of Science in Nursing from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bloomsburg University.
