1. Using WS12345 as your password?
In 2013, Western Schools changed website platforms. If you were a customer with Western Schools prior to September 2013, we migrated all of your customer information to the new website. To bring over your customer information correctly, your password was reset to WS12345.
Please note: Once you’ve logged in with the password WS12345, you will be prompted to choose a password that is unique and secure to you. You’ll enter your “old password” – which is WS12345 – and then enter your chosen password, twice. We recommend picking something secure with a capital letters, numbers and/or symbols. Remember, these passwords are case sensitive.
2. Retrieving your password?
Western Schools offers a convenient way to determine your current password without calling the customer service team. You can find this link under the login form, or you can click here to retrieve your password. It is important that you enter the email address you have registered with; otherwise you will not receive any information. If you don’t receive the email in your inbox in a few minutes, please try looking in your spam folder.
3. Using a different email address?
Sometimes Western Schools customers have multiple email addresses they use on a daily basis. These can often be professional and personal email addresses. Be sure you are using the email address you used to register with the website. If you are unsure, you can call our customer service team at 1-800-953-8731 to verify. If you have two email addresses registered, the customer service team can help you merge your two accounts to have your entire CE library in one convenient place!
4. Using your CE Express log in credentials?
CE Express is a sister company of Western Schools. Several Western Schools customers also purchase and complete CE hours from CE Express at www.ce-express.com. If you are registered on the CE Express website, you will have to register on Western Schools with the exact same email address and password. If you have any further trouble, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-953-8731.
