Amy B. Bernard, MS, BSN, RN-BC, has extensive experience in nursing professional development and as a practicing nurse in numerous clinical settings across the country, and is Director of Continuing Education for Western Schools in West Bridgewater, MA. She has authored several courses for Western Schools on timely topics to help healthcare professionals respond to emerging public health concerns, and has worked with infection control experts to develop several course books on topics related to infectious disease. Ms. Bernard is board certified in Nursing Professional Development through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
